It is made from the “Saperavi” grape variety grown in the Shamakhi and Agsu plateau located at the foothill of the Great Caucasus Mountains. It has dark pomegranate hues and tastes of forest berries, wild cherries and blackberries. It matches meat dishes and delicacy cheese varieties.
